Deposit paid with Client Credit Card:

• The vendor will refund the deposit, less any cancellation fees charged by the vendor, to the the client's credit card

• Journeys by Design Travel & Tours, LLC will charge the client's credit card $25 per person for the Booking Cancellation Service Fee.

Deposit paid with Cash or Personal Check:

• The vendor will refund the deposit, less any cancellation fees charged by the vendor, to Journeys by Design Travel & Tours, LLC.

• Journeys by Design Travel & Tours, LLC will mail a check to the client for the refund received less $25 per person Booking Cancellation Service fee.
